Terms of Use
These terms cover ACC Core, the desktop application and this website. Billing runs through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record.
Last updated: 12 September 2026 Applies to: ACC Core, the ACC desktop application, and the official Anarchy Control Center website
1. Who provides ACC
ACC is provided by Mario Aquilina, trading as Anarchy Esports, an esports team and software brand based in Malta. Anarchy Esports is a trading name, not a separate registered company.
Contact: support@anarchymt.com
2. What ACC is
ACC (Anarchy Control Center) is a Windows desktop application for Counter-Strike 2 players and teams. It includes demo review, Map Replay, Team Pattern Finder, Playbook, Practice Queue, FACEIT-related tools, the Match Brief beta, and match-day PC tools.
ACC is a review, coaching and productivity tool. It is not a cheat, and it is not designed to give any in-game advantage during a live match.
3. Who can use ACC
You must be 18 or older to buy or use ACC. By purchasing or using it, you confirm that you are. ACC is not intended for, or marketed to, anyone under 18.
If we find that a licence belongs to someone under 18, we may cancel it.
4. Subscription and access
- ACC Core costs €15.99, billed every 3 months.
- There is no free tier and there are no paid add-ons. One plan includes every feature ACC has at the time.
- Access is subscription-based. You need a valid licence key and an active subscription to use Core features.
- Settings — including licence activation and local data export — stays accessible without an active subscription, so you can always activate a key, manage billing, or export your own local data.
5. Renewal and cancellation
- Your subscription renews automatically every 3 months unless you cancel.
- Billing, renewal and cancellation are handled through Lemon Squeezy. You can cancel at any time using the customer portal link in your purchase email.
- Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund periods you have already paid for, except where required by law or by Lemon Squeezy's own policy.
- When a subscription ends, Core features lock. Data ACC saved on your own PC stays on your PC.
6. Payments, refunds and disputes
Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record for ACC. That means Lemon Squeezy handles checkout, payment processing, invoices, subscription billing, tax and VAT where applicable, the customer portal, and refund or payment-dispute handling according to its own process.
Refund requests are handled through Lemon Squeezy and applicable consumer and payment rules. We do not promise automatic refunds here.
Product support — bugs, app questions, licence activation problems — goes to support@anarchymt.com.
7. Licence rules
- A licence is for the purchaser's own use, unless separately agreed in writing.
- Licence activation is limited by machine, install or seat controls. ACC activates on one PC at a time; you can deactivate it yourself in Settings → License to move to another machine.
- You must not share, resell, publish, sublicense or otherwise distribute licence keys, or try to work around activation limits.
- Some early-access and tester keys issued before public sale may continue to work while they remain valid. Public sales are ACC Core subscriptions only, and older arrangements are not offered or advertised.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse or abuse the service, including automated abuse, scraping, or evading rate limits.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with ACC, except where applicable law expressly allows it.
- Attempt to bypass licensing, entitlement checks or security controls.
- Use ACC to cheat, to bypass or interfere with anti-cheat, to develop exploits, or in any way that breaks the rules of FACEIT, Steam, Counter-Strike 2 or any other platform you use.
ACC reads demo files and public match data. It does not inject into the game, read or write game memory, or modify game files.
9. Third-party services
ACC depends on services we do not control. Depending on the features you use, these may include:
| Service | Used for |
|---|---|
| FACEIT | player and match data, match history, demo access |
| Steam / Counter-Strike 2 | launching demos and playback on your own PC |
| Lemon Squeezy | checkout, subscription billing, invoices, refunds |
| Cloudflare | the ACC Worker/API, site hosting, DNS and email routing |
| Supabase | team rooms and Match Brief data |
| Anthropic | AI Coach features, if you use them |
Outages, API changes, rate limits, account restrictions, pricing changes, demo retention policies or other changes at any of these services may affect or disable ACC features. We are not responsible for third-party service changes, and using them is also subject to their own terms.
10. Match Brief is beta — read this
Match Brief is a beta feature and we will not pretend otherwise.
- It depends on FACEIT making match data and events available.
- A brief may arrive late, after a match has already started, after it has ended, or not at all.
- It needs at least three linked teammates on the same FACEIT team before it will build anything.
- There is no guarantee of an instant or pre-match brief for any given game.
Do not buy ACC on the assumption that Match Brief will reliably produce a pre-match brief for every match.
11. Demos and your files
- You are responsible for the demo files and other files you import into ACC.
- Only import files you are allowed to access and use.
- ACC does not guarantee that every demo parses correctly. Demo formats change, files can be truncated or corrupt, and some demos will fail to analyse.
12. Changes to ACC
ACC is under active development. Features, limits, service dependencies and pricing may change over time. Where a material change to your subscription or price is required by law to be notified in advance, we will give reasonable notice before it takes effect.
13. Availability
ACC is early-access software. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Local features work on your own PC; features that rely on the ACC Worker, FACEIT, Supabase or other services depend on those services being reachable and working.
14. As-is, and limits on liability
ACC is provided as-is during early access, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it cannot lawfully be limited or excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your rights as a consumer under Maltese and EU law.
Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim relating to ACC is limited to the amount you paid for ACC in the 12 months before the claim arose.
15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where there is abuse, licence misuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, attempts to bypass security or entitlement checks, or a breach of these terms. Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will tell you why.
You can stop using ACC at any time by cancelling your subscription.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and the courts of Malta have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you have where you live.
